How to use

• Place a heat-resistant dish on a stable surface, away from flammable materials, and open a window for ventilation.
• Hold one end of the stick and briefly light the opposite tip, following the packaging directions.
• Gently extinguish the flame so the wood releases a small amount of fragrant smoke. Palo santo may naturally stop smouldering after a short time.
• Keep the stick over the dish to catch ash, allowing the aroma to accompany your affirmation or reflection.
• When finished, extinguish the tip in sand in a heat-resistant dish. Check that every ember is out and the wood has cooled completely before storing.
