Rural and regional delays
Unfortunately, services to rural and regional areas are experiencing particularly long delays, and the following timeframes are expected:
Victoria destined parcels
With the massive demand and current workforce capacity constraints in Victoria, we foresee an additional 3-day delay for all deliveries in Victoria.
Express Post delays
Our Express Post service is seeing significant delays in delivery. This means that while we continue to prioritise Express Post, and most parcels shipped via this service arrive on time, some could take 5 business days or more to reach their destination.
DOMESTIC - All goods are shipped using Australia Post to provide every guest with a trusted delivery.
If "No signature" is selected, the customer agrees to take all responsibility in the unlikely event that the parcel is stolen or lost.
Dante's Luxury lifestyle pty ltd will not be liable to replace or refund the items if they have gone missing after Australia post has stated the item is delivered.
Free standard Shipping does not come with Signature.
Customer may select free standard shipping add Signature at an extra cost of $2.95 (Recommended)
The customer must take all actions to retrieve their delivery if for the unlikely event of customs holding the delivery.
If the delivery is not released Dantes Luxury Lifestyle is not responsible and will not give a refund or replacement unless the items are returned.
Tracking will be provided for all Parcels.

International Duties and Taxes
Duties, taxes, VAT, custom charges are not included in pricing or delivery fees. Please contact your taxing authority to determine what fees or taxes may apply to your order and how collection is handled.
International customers (outside of AUS) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
If your parcel is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you to organize to ship your item again at an addition cost to you.
Reasons for “Return to Sender”
- incorrect/incomplete address
- failure to pick up from your local post office within their time frame
If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address no refunds will be provided for any shipping costs.
