We highly recommend selecting signature on delivery to avoid potential loss or theft.
Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided, and customers are expected to monitor their delivery progress.

🔄 Missed Deliveries & Return to Sender
Should your order be returned to us due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Failure to collect from the post office within their timeframe
…we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense. Shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.
❌ Lost or Missing Parcels
Dante’s Luxury is not liable for parcels marked as "Delivered" by Australia Post.
Replacements or refunds will only be provided once Australia Post officially confirms a parcel is Lost in Transit. Store credit or refunds will be processed at that point.
🌏 International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs, or import fees. These charges are not included in product pricing or shipping costs.
Please contact your country’s customs office or tax authority for estimated fees.
If a parcel is held by customs, the recipient must take all actions to retrieve it. We’re happy to assist with item descriptions if needed, but we are not responsible for parcels not released or returned by customs.
