We highly recommend to add signature to your delivery.
Having a signature on delivery will help avoid a potential package loss.
Tracking numbers and carriers are provided to you. It is expected of you that you track your goods. You must notify us if your goods are not delivered within the estimated time frame.

Express Post delays
Our Express Post service is seeing significant delays in delivery. This means that while we continue to prioritise Express Post, and most parcels shipped via this service arrive on time, some could take 10 business days or more to reach their destination.
Dante's Luxury lifestyle pty ltd will not be liable to replace or refund the items if they have gone missing after Australia post has stated the item is delivered.
We will not refund an Item unless the post has deemed the parcel Lost in Transit. Only once the delivery partner has finalised the loss will we refund the item or provide a store credit.
Interstate deliveries out of Sydney
The customer must take all actions to retrieve their delivery if for the unlikely event customs hold the delivery. We can assist if customs officers require item descriptions.
If the delivery is not released Dante's Luxury Lifestyle is not responsible and will not refund or replacement the item unless the item/s are returned.
Duties, taxes, VAT, custom charges are not included in pricing or delivery fees. Please contact your taxing authority to determine what fees or taxes may apply to your order and how collection is handled.
International customers (outside of AUS) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
If your parcel is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you to organize to ship your item again at an addition cost to you.
Reasons for “Return to Sender”
- incorrect/incomplete address
- failure to pick up from your local post office within their time frame
If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address no refunds will be provided for any shipping costs.
