Refund policy

Order Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet been dispatched, a $10 cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers the transaction and administrative costs we incur with each purchase.


Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. Please inspect your items upon delivery and contact us immediately at sales@dantesluxury.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Please note: We do not offer refunds or store credit for change of mind.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a tracked postal service for returns, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.

  • Returns without proof of delivery will not be eligible for a refund or credit.


Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or customisation, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. flowers)

  • Spray bottles, soaps, bath bombs, and bath salts

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Gift cards and sale items

  • Items returned due to change of mind


Refunds & Credit Notes
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue either a refund or a credit note. Please allow up to 14 business days for this process to be completed.
